Since a long a demand of higher education was realised in this area. The great educationist & brilliant primary School teacher "Shri Megh Singh" (Babu ji) who had been very ambitious for the development of education from his very young age. He provided his land & acomodation. It start the college until some alternative arrangement is made & certified his activeness, awareness and dedication for the education. The long legal proceeding of affiliating the institute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (Formerly Agra University) Agra, is the result of untiring, unceasing & pain taking efforts of the secretary of the college Management Dr. Ramesh Chand Jadaun.

As money makes the mear go. It was impossible to built a huge building, well-equipped Modernized laboratories & library without the help of Kr. Jagvir Singh Tomar & Kr. Satyavir Singh Tomar who gave great financial help to the institution.

The institution has not only been proved very helpful in making research & academic environment for the physical & mental development of farmers & their children but also for the development of those qualities which will stand them in a good stead as able& responsible citizen of our great country.

Recognition & Affiliation:

Now the institution has well established Agriculture faculty & B.Ed. department which is affiliated to B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra & recognized by National Council of Teachers Education (N.C.T.E). The Recognition for B.lib.Sc. & B.T.C. classes are in progress.
