Library and Book-Bank
The college is having specious library with
rich collection of text books, Journals, Periodicals, news papers and variety
of magazines.
A college student who is the member of library can use the library and
book bank facilities as under: |

A College student can be the member of
library by getting two library cards from the librarian. Member of library
can get two books on his/her card for 15 days. delay in the exchange of
book a fine of 50 paise per day will be changed. |
|
|
Periodicals, Journals, some rare
reference books and magazines are not issued, on the library card. They
can be consulted in the reading room of the library by depositing
their Identity card to the librarian. |
|
|
In addition to above a student who want
to retain 2 or 3 text books for the whole session can obtain such
available books from library book bank section by paying a 10% cost of the
book. This 10% amount is used in maintenance of wear can tear of the book
and to increase the number of book in book bank section so that a large
number of student can take the benefit of book bank. It is compulsory to
return the issued books just before the examination. |

Games and Sports |
|

The
college has a big play ground. Every student has to take part in games and
sports in which attendance is compulsory. No student will be permitted to
pay for any outside team without taking the prior permission of the
principal. |

College provides free
facility for playing cricket, football, hockey, volleyball, badminton and
other indoor games available in the college. |
|
|
The
games department of the college with the help of the games committee
manages all sports, games and tournament etc. |

N.C.C.
and N.S.S. |
|
|
The college has N.S.S.
programme which is administrated by N.S.S. programme officer with the coordination
of the university. |
|
|
A candidate who is
interested in social work may apply for the registration within 15 days of
his/her admission. 100 students are registered on priority basis. |
|
|
A
candidate registered is eligible for camp if he/she does social work is
eligible for N.S.S. certificate which is issued by the university. |
