Main Features of the Faculty
The day in the education department starts
with the assembly in the college hall/open ground where the principal
leads the staff and students in college prayer. In the assembly
students and teachers summarized their views and news on present events
followed by moral lesson.
This morning assembly works as a major cohesive
factor in keeping the department as a family.
The efforts are made by brilliant teachers of the department to make the
students fit and up to date so that when they come out, in the society
after taking their degree of B.Ed. they prove themselves a good and ideal
teacher. for this students have to under go the following courses/Programmes
organized by the institution. These programmes makes the compulsory for
each and every student. Exemption from these programmes is not allowed in
any case.

Scout / Guide : |
The training of
scout / guide is given to the students with the collaboration of District
Commissioner, Scout and Guide, Agra. A camp of minimum five days and
maximum of ten days is also organised. After complementing this course/programme
a certificate from the commissioner, Scout and guide is awarded. |

Educational Tour : |
Not only to interact
with the different iminent institutions but also to obtain the knowledge
of historical places and the places of national importance, the
educational tours are organised. In the tour, the student get the chance
of meeting the talented brains. The teachers of the department not only
act as a guide but also act as sincere guardian for the male and female
students. |

Micro Teaching : |
In this Programme
the students learn to face the class room students and learn the
technology used in teaching with the help of board, chart and with modern
techniques. For this we have well equipped laboratory having modern
instruments as internet, C.D. Player , T.V. O.H.P. etc. |

Macro Teaching
: |
The student which
he/she learns the technique in micro-teaching programme, he/she gives its
full exposure by preparing a lesson plan (modified by the subject teacher)
in the class room of a school in the nearby area. |

Crafts Work : |
Some time it is
necessary to be the jack of all trades. students are also inspired to
learn making craft work, painting, tie & die, mud work etc. |

|
Psychological Test : |
In the modern
age the teaching is an art. a teacher who teaches his/her students he/she
must not only know the where about of the students but also his her taste,
hobbies tendency and his\her psychology. for this, we have very well
equipped psychological lab. In which the student performs psychological
test experiments case study. |

Guest Lectures : |
No one even the
specialist of the subject is complete in his knowledge i.e. there is no
limit of the knowledge. For this the lectures by the prominent
personalities of different fields are organised. Meeting and hearing the talented
brains not only modifies our ideas but also learns the new and decent
concepts which keep ourselves up to date. |
